2. DURING THE GAME 　　　　　　　比赛中
The arrangement of the board is wrong, it should comply with the light square corner on right rule. 　The board should be placed between the players in such a way that the near corner square to the right of the player is white.
棋盘摆错了。棋盘的摆法必须符合白格在右边的规则。两个棋手之间的棋盘应该这样摆：棋手右手边棋盘角上的方格应为白色。
Oh, yes, let’s reset (place) it in a right way.

The initial position of the pieces was incorrect, the game should be cancelled and a new game played.

The draughts board has been wrongly placed , the game should continues, but the position reached must be transferred to a correctly placed board.
棋盘摆反了，比赛可以进行，但必须把局面摆到一个正确的棋盘上。
The game has begun with colours reversed, as the rules stipulate the game shall continue. 
比赛一开始双方棋子的颜色颠倒了，按照规定比赛将继续进行。
You have displaces some pieces on the board, as the rules defined you should re-establish the correct position (reconstruct the moves)on your own time. 
你把棋子摆乱了，按照规则你可以恢复到正确的位置但要算你的时间。
It is found that an illegal move has been made, the position immediately before the irregularity shall be reinstated. And then 
the game continues.
如果发现走了不合乎规则的棋，必须把棋恢复到不合规则前的局面，然后继续比赛。
If the position immediately before the irregularity cannot be determined, the game shall continue from the last identifiable position prior to the irregularity. The clocks shall be adjusted correspondingly. 
如果在不合乎规则棋前的局面不能确定，那么比赛必须从不合乎规则棋前面能够确认的局面开始继续比赛。计时钟也要相应的调整。
What penalties should be taken against the players who made the illegal moves?
对棋手走出不符合规则棋步的处罚是什么？
For the first two illegal moves made by a player, the arbiter shall give two minutes extra time to his opponent in each instance; for a third illegal move by the same player, the arbiter shall declare the game lost by this player.
当一名棋手出现两次走出不符合规则的棋时，裁判有权每次通过给对手额外增加两分钟的方式对棋手给予处罚；当同一棋手出现第三次走出不符合规则的棋时，裁判将宣布该名棋手输棋。
